They are not only experts at what they do, but are genuinely a great bunch, and I am proud to call them my team members and my friends.

Bob Hertzog-Owner/Designated Broker-Listing Specialist

I founded Summit Land Consultants in 2001, and grew the company to be one of the top land brokerages in Phoenix, closing over $250 million in real estate transactions.

In light of the recent downturn in the land market, I created Summit Home Consultants in 2007. Since that time, I’ve been involved in closing countless “traditional” and short sale transactions. My main focus is that of a listing agent, helping our clients through this very challenging real estate market that we are faced with today.

In recent months, several media outlets have turned to us for insight on the current real estate market, particularly short sales.

I am a native of Phoenix, specifically North Phoenix and Scottsdale. graduating from Sunnyslope High School in 1987, and Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Management in 1991.

As a third-generation Real Estate Broker, I’ve witnessed the ups and downs of the market during my lifetime, and have very close relationships with some of the top Real Estate Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, and Title Companies in the Valley.

I’ve been married to my awesome wife of 19 years, Kim. We have two children; Kaitlyn is 17 and attends Chaparral High School. Hailey is 9 and attends Cherokee Elementary.

I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family, playing golf, camping, blogging, and helping our team of experts to be the best they can be.

Tim Liechti-Lead Buyer Specialist

Tim Liechti is a realtor that you can count on and put your faith into, as he not only has a strong belief in full service for his clients, but encourages them to become educated in the quickly changing market. He strives to know his clients, who quickly turn into “family,” and will go to bat for them by finding their dream home and negotiating the best deal possible.

Tim has an extensive background in client services, which he brings to the team and is apparent in every single interaction he has with his client-family. His past ventures include attending a culinary school in Montpelier, Vermont and Destin, Florida and later studying business finance at the University of Oklahoma. He took his love for food and business to the next level as he became the Director of Operations for a restaurant company, as well as an owner of multiple restaurants in the Midwest region. He later migrated west to work for the high-end retailer, Dean and Deluca.

In 2008, he found his love for Arizona and moved to the Scottsdale area. In attempts to find his way around this big valley, Tim drove city after city, and fell in love with the housing in the Valley of the Sun. It did not take him long to realize that he had a passion for real estate. Most clients would agree, this was the best choice for Tim, as anyone who goes out on the “hunt” with him will realize what a love and talent he has for what he does.

Tim grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has a deep love for Sooners Football! You know what they say, you can take the boy out of Oklahoma, but you can’t take the Sooners out of the boy! He also enjoys hiking the Phoenix Metro Mountains and trails, running, biking, boxing, going to the lake, snowboarding, cooking, wine tasting, fine dining and his two young nephews who live close by.

Gary Bielek-Buyer Specialist

Gary brings an extensive background in accounting and mortgage lending to the Summit Home Consultants team. He spent 8 years serving real estate agents and home buyers with their mortgage needs before deciding to specialize in helping buyers find their next dream home.

Born and raised in Westlake, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Gary is a hopelessly devoted follower of all Cleveland sports. He moved to Arizona in 1982, at the age of 25, in search of warmer, snow-free winters. Gary finished his college education in 1998 at the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business/Accounting.

Gary has been married to his wife, Deb, for 23 years and has two children. Joey is currently a senior and Jenna is a sophomore, both attending Chaparral High School in Scottsdale.

Gary enjoys playing golf, boating, hiking, watching his children in their many youth sports activities, and partnering with Bob to provide the best home buying experience in the Metro-Phoenix market.

Mark Rayment-Buyer Specialist

Mark is an experienced agent who has been a real estate professional since early 2004. He graduated from ASU with a bachelors in Finance in 1998. In his real

estate career Mark has seen one of the biggest booms and busts in Arizona real estate history. He has been very active in this current market and prides himself on guiding buyers through the confusing, and often frustrating, home buying process, especially when offering on bank owned properties and short sales. His knowledge of the ins and outs of today’s market , excellent communication skills and his dedication to his clients has been the key to making the home buying process a good experience. He works with people looking to buy homes as a primary residence, vacation home and/or as an investment.

Mark was born in Spain in 1975 and has moved every four years of his life until coming to Phoenix in 1991 where he plans to stay. He has been happily married to his lovely wife, Heidi, for four years. They have an energetic 2.5 year old son named Logan who keeps them very busy. Logan enjoys pushing every button and trying to operate everything he comes across.

Mark enjoys spending time with his family,tennis,snowboarding,boating and playing volleyball.

Dragan Daubenmier-Buyer Specialist

Dragan initially discovered his passion for real estate six years ago while working as a landscape designer for Poco Verde Landscape. For more than three years he assisted homeowners transform their house into a home by creating designs that fit not only the home, but the homeowners as well. The ability to work with diverse clients and an aptitude to meet their needs eventually landed Dragan the position as the sole landscape designer for D.R Horton. When new home builds were decreasing due to economic pressure, Dragan decided to transition into real estate, already having experience with homebuyers. The change has been a rewarding one, and Dragan enjoys the challenge, and fulfillment of matching each of his clients with their perfect house, and helping once again make a house into a home.

Holly Byerly-Transaction Coordinator/Realtor

Holly has been a Realtor since 2001. She started her real estate career as an on-site sales representative for a national homebuilder here in the valley. This affords her the luxury of having worked as both a new homes sales agent and now as a resale agent. In 2004, she was awarded the Salesperson of the Year in Customer Service for the homebuilder.

Holly is an Arizona native and loves the Valley of the Sun! She grew up in Glendale and has lived all over the valley: Buckeye, Glendale, Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Queen Creek, Cave Creek, and now Anthem and in as such is very familiar with the whole valley.

Her area of expertise is matching her clients with the homes of their desires and giving excellent customer service both during and after the transaction.

Holly lives with her husband, Keith, their 3 dogs, and their adorable 15 month old daughter, Hannah.

Charlotte Scott-Short Sale Processing

Charlotte is co-owner & manager of S&S Professional Business Services, LLC. She assists the Summit Home Consultants team with administrative and processing support of our short sale transactions. Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, consisting of accounting and management, commercial property management, and residential real estate transaction coordinating. Due to our current economic conditions and with many families on the verge of foreclosure, Charlotte has teamed up with Summit Home Consultants to not only provide support and processing services, but also acts as a liaison/facilitator between our team members, our clients, and the lenders for our clients that are trying to avoid foreclosure through the short sale process.

She constantly strives to be at the top of her game by continually attending seminars throughout the year, as well as networking and obtaining new information that relates to our current real estate market and the short sale industry, in particular.

Charlotte is a native of Arizona, and her formal education is in Accounting and Business Management.

Patrick Scott

Patrick is also a member of S&S Professional Business Services, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and has over 30 years of experience in public and private accounting, as well as holding an Arizona real estate license.

Pat’s vast knowledge of accounting and real estate has proven to be a valuable asset to the Summit Home Consultants team. He provides accounting advice to many of our clients concerning tax implications related to short sales, foreclosures, and real estate investments. He continually stays abreast of our economic climate, real estate laws, and is constantly continuing his education in the areas of real estate and accounting.

Pat is also a native of Arizona and is a graduate of the University of Whitewater, where he obtained his B.A. in Accounting and served as a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, specializing in speaking and judging of Toastmasters.
