For those of you that don’t know, I started Summit Land Consultants in 2001. For the next 7 years we sold over $250 Million in land deals, and became a very prominent land brokerage company in the Metro Phoenix market. Until recently, I have always been a “one-man-show”.
When the land market tanked in 2007/2008, I decided to shift my focus to selling homes, primarily helping homeowners in distress. Hence, the debut of Summit Home Consultants in late 2008.
Since then, we have built the company to become one of the premier short sale real estate brokerages in the Valley. Through the use of the internet (especially blogging), direct mail, and client referrals, we have decided that it is now time to expand the business, and find agents to help take the company to the next level. We currently have three awesome buyer’s agents on our team, and are looking to add 1-2 more. Between our company website, Trulia, Zillow, and other 3rd-party aggregators, we are currently generating 200+ leads per month for our buyers agents. In addition, we recently launched a new website (www.phoenixhomeseekers.com) which we expect to bring in an additional 300-400 leads per month over the next 6-9 months.
Ideally, we would like one agent that specializes/lives in the Northwest Valley, as well as an agent that can serve the Southeast Valley, with an emphasis on Queen Creeek, San Tan Valley, and Maricopa. Obviously, these are not the only areas we are looking for. If you have a desire to succeed in this business, are driven, and conduct your business in an ethical manner, we need to talk!

Word of warning: If you are into the glitz and glamour of a national brand name, large offices, etc., we are not the company for you. The large majority of our business comes from making our clients so incredibly happy that they cannot wait to refer us to others.
You will be on your own, and need to be an extremely motivated self-starter. You will work out of your home, and will have 24/7 access to me with any questions/issues that may come up. You will need to be computer savvy, and will need to have a strong belief in the power of cultivating leads through the internet.

I am looking to expand the company because I simply cannot effectively manage my short sale listings and handle all of the buyer leads that come in as a result of my signs, blogging, and other marketing efforts that are currently in place. You will be fed a fair amount of buyer and listing leads, but will be expected to grow your business, with my assistance, of course.
