Summit Home Consultants Is Doubling Its Sales Force!
For those of you that don’t know, I started Summit Land Consultants in 2001. For the next 7 years we sold over $250 Million in land deals, and became a very prominent land brokerage company in the Metro Phoenix market. Until recently, I have always been a “one-man-show”.
When the land market tanked in 2007/2008, I decided to shift my focus to selling homes, primarily helping homeowners in distress. Hence, the debut of Summit Home Consultants in late 2008.
Since then, while still remaining a one-man-show, we have built the company to become one of the premier short sale real estate brokerages in the Valley. Through the use of the internet (especially blogging), direct mail, and client referrals, we have decided that it is now time to expand the business, and find agents to help take the company to the next level. Hence, Summit Home Consultants is doubling it’s sales force (tongue-in-cheek)!
Ideally, we would like one agent that specializes/lives in the West Valley, and can service all areas West of I-17. We would also like to have an agent join our team that specializes/lives in the Southeast Valley, and can service Awhatukee, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Maricopa, etc.
The best way to get an idea of how I run the company, as well as my philosophies, would be to read my blogs and look around our website, and read our client reviews to see how we conduct business. Word of warning: If you are into the glitz and glamour of a national brand name, large offices, etc., we are not the company for you. The large majority of our business comes from making our clients so incredibly happy that they cannot wait to refer us to others.
You will be on your own, and need to be an extremely motivated self-starter. You will work out of your home, and will have 24/7 access to me with any questions/issues that may come up. You will need to be computer savvy, and will need to have a strong belief in the power of cultivating leads through the internet.
Summit Home Consultants is a family-run business, and anyone who chooses to join our team will be treated as family. You will work hard, but you will be rewarded handsomely for your efforts.

I am looking to expand the company because I simply cannot effectively manage my short sale listings and handle all of the buyer leads that come in as a result of my signs, blogging, and other marketing efforts that are currently in place. You will be fed a fair amount of buyer and listing leads, but will be expected to grow your business, with my assistance, of course.
So, I’ll open this up to the motivated agents who are not just looking for a change, but are actually looking for what I feel is a great opportunity working with some very good people.
