We highly recommend Bob, as he went above and beyond for our family. He helped us with a short sale during an extremely difficult time. A week into making the difficult decision to sell our home our son was injured and nearly killed. We spent the next month and a half in the hospital. Bob's concern and support during that time was very appreciated. His knowledge and expertise helped alleviate our concerns about the house so we could completely focus on the recovery of our son. Once our son was discharged he helped us through the selling process and helped us find a new home to rent. He responded promptly to every call, email and text - even when he was on vacation! As bumpy as short sales can be Bob took care of all the lender and buyer issues that came up. The process was a stress free as it could have been, but that is because Bob is a professional and we trusted him. He didn't let us down. Thank you Bob!

I was initially referred to Bob Hertzog by friends, who raved about him. They were ready to give up, as was I. I had made several attempts for a loan modification with my bank. I followed all of their rules, but had a horrible time getting any answers or approvals. He managed to get our short sale approved in record time despite an 80-20 loan he succesfully negotiated the sale with both banks. Bob Hertzog was the only Realtor we spoke with that genuinely listened when we started talking to Realtors about short selling our old house.
